He also helps organizations with research-based strategic visioning and strategy development to improve their competitiveness. Vincent is a recognized speaker in Canada, the US and Europe and is characterized by his humor and ability to bring clarity to very complex issues.

Vincent is an Agribusiness Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics, Kansas State University and the Director of Innovation at Kansas State University. The Innovation Center aims to enhance the probability of success of entrepreneurs and help communities build entrepreneurial environment to foster wealth creation.
